Sourcing Services (Products and manufacturers)
Manufacturer Verification (Factory Visits) We personally visit the address of the factory that you are interested into buying from, we verify onsite if the company is real, legitimate and identify if the factory is a manufacturer or a Chinese trading company. We check the number of staff, equipment, business licenses, tax license and we follow the whole process of the production from the raw material to final packing. Once the visit is done we provide you a written verification report that includes pictures of the whole process and an (optional) short video of the factory. Customer Meeting with Supplier: If you prefer to visit the factory personally, we can make all arrangements here in Mainland China. This service includes: Airport pick –up, transportation, hotel arrangement, appointment arrangement and simultaneous translation. |
Translation
Our team is bilingual (English-Spanish) and have many years of translation experience. Although we are still learning Mandarin, we are well acquainted with the Chinese mannerism. We provide to you all kinds of translation (oral or written) from Spanish to English and vice versa. We can translate for you during the different steps of your purchase: Placing the orders, negotiation, payment settlement, order follow-up, final quality control of the goods. We translate your email, documents and manuals, and conference via Skype. Quality Control Of The Product. We visit the factory on your behalf to check the quality of the goods you have purchased. Inspection or quality control visit can be coordinated at initial production, during production and before shipment of the product. After each visit, we provide a written quality control report that includes pictures and an optional short video of the goods.
